I love to tinker with guitars. I always have a
couple of projects going. There's nothing like raiding the ole parts bin to see if you have enough stuff in there to make a guitar!

The whole concept of this site is to play some really cool guitars that don't cost an arm and a leg, and pretty often, you can make them yourself. Not only are you saving some dough, but you also end up with a guitar that *you* build, according to *your* likes and dislikes, with the parts that *you* really wanted. Not a bad deal. Not to mention that you end up feeling a great bond with said MojoCaster simply because of all the time, planning and effort you put into building her! On this page, I will keep links to all my completed projects. The idea is to take step-by-step pictures and to show a complete build from start to finish. I am not a Master Builder. Heck, I'm not even a luthier. I make mistakes along the way, which I also document. It sucks for the ole ego, but we all learn that way. The concept is simple: I want you to see a regular musician with very limited manual skills and a small little area that does not even qualify as a workshop, make guitars that he loves to play. I hope you will find it inspiring and that you will go ahead and mod your own guitars! Though I gotta warn you: it's addictive as all hell!
